Shipping Policy

Processing Time All products are custom-made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–6 business days after payment is confirmed.

Production Time Production takes approximately 6–14 business days depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping Time Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Other countries: 15–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment status.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at liuluwycg0028@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Digital Products — Custom Wallpapers

Custom wallpapers are digital products and require no physical shipping.

  • Delivery Method: Your custom wallpaper will be delivered directly to your email address within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation and design completion.
  • File Format: Wallpapers are delivered as high-resolution digital files (JPG/PNG).
  • No Physical Shipment: Digital products are not physically shipped and do not incur any shipping fees. No tracking number will be provided.
  • Email Accuracy: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

All transactions are processed securely via PayPal.
